The Packing Continues...

So nothing new is happening with us... still packing! However, since I am the Blog Police lately I figured I should post SOMETHING. So... here we are... stilll packing... I am starting to feel like we're going to live out of boxes forever. The good news is that since Marq hasn't been able to help much due to deadlines at work Chevy has somewhat conceded in her battle against the move and finally started to get into the moving spirit a little bit, though it was by force. We will be officially moving to the new house next Tuesday August 5th! We are SO excited!!!

Congratulations Emily & Randy

Marq's youngest sister Emily got married on Saturday. Emily looked gorgeous in the dress her mom made her. It was a beautiful HOT day for a wedding. We had a very nice reception that evening at the Rasmussen residence in Alpine. Congrats you two!

Dear Mom & Dad...

I thought I should inform you both that I AM NOT MOVING! I am staying here with Pollyanna & Grandma. I want to stay in MY neighborhood and go for hikes everyday on MY trail.

In protest of the new house, I will not be helping with ANY of the packing or moving. I will be laying at the top of the stairs pouting with Polly.

Your Princess,
Chevy Lynn

Fresh Air

Friday night we went to Snowbird's free Fresh Air Concert with a couple of friends. It was nice to go up and enjoy the cool canyon air, good music and laid back atmosphere. Summer nights with good friends are what it's all about. Here's a pic of the new hair cut :)

Goodbye Hooleys

I am sad to say that the Hooleys have returned to Texas :( My sister Melissa and her adorable family have been in town the last few weeks. It is so good to see them each summer and see how much the kids have grown. We love hanging out with all of them! Here are some pics of one of our Rock Band party! Mason & Ryan rock the drums & guitar, Brett LOVES the mic, Kennedy & Aidyn are a hit and Melissa & I... well..... we TRY!

We'll miss you guys!!! Hopefully we'll make it to San Antonio this coming year.
