Potty Training

On Tuesday we began the potty training process. Needless to say it has been a LONG week. It took a few days and a LOT of accidents for Ledger to figure out what we were trying to accomplish. The last couple days have been a succes! He has earned lots of candy and even earned an Elmo!He loves him and he has been a big comfort through this difficult process.He is doing great and although I know we have a long way to go I feel like we have cleared a huge hurdle this week. Today we even made it out of the house for a little while!

Happy Valentines Day

We have a tradition of celebrating Valentines Day at home.Since Ledger & I are in the middle of potty training this week, Marq picked up pizza after work.I decorated the house and we got dressed up to make it special (even though Ledger is not yet wearing pants:).I love these guys more than anything!

"I Happy"

I don't have a photo for this post but I wanted to document it so I don't ever forget it.

Yesterday I was putting Ledger down for his nap. We were in his rocking chair and out of nowhere he said into my shoulder "I happy". It was sleepy and quiet, almost a sigh. It brought tears to my eyes, I smiled and said "I happy too".

Thank you Ledger for being such a sweet boy and reminding me that I happy.
