This afternoon after catching up on some sleep we spent a lazy afternoon at the Hood River Event site. This is where a lot of the kiteboarding, windsailing and paddleboarding happens and it's fun to watch. It was a beautiful sunny day with a nice breeze.
It was Ledger's first experience with sand and he was definitely interested. He got a few good tastes into his mouth.
I was so glad that the water wasn't too cold for him to get in.
We had a great time just chillin on the beach and hanging out with Denice & Chico and some of their friends. There were lots of dogs at the beach which made us miss our doggers.
Marq tried out the paddleboard for a nice workout.
The Columbia River Gorge is so pretty, one of our favorite spots in the world. It was a beautiful day at the beach and a great start to our vacation! We are so happy to be back :)
