Go Green!

*REDUCE*REUSE*RECYCLE*

I finally found reusable grocery bags at my grocery store! I ALWAYS ask for them and they are ALWAYS sold out! This week I got 3! They were only $1 a piece at Harmon's AND you get a 5-cent "bag rebate" every time you use them. Eventually they'll pay for themselves, conserve oil, minimize landfill waste and pollution, and help preserve our environment.

Here's a great REUSE tip...
For the plastic grocery bags you've already got laying around... REUSE! You can use them to cover shoes when traveling or as doggy poop bags :) Many trails have a baggy dispenser, take your extras and donate them for other dog owners to reuse.

I'm glad you FINALLY found some! I love mine, they're so much better than plastic ones. Harmon's also has a plastic bag recycling bin if you end up with more than a ton, like we do.

I bought those bags at Albertsons and Costco but I always forget to take them in the store with me! Good things to think about!
